Hiter’s Business Analysis for the Second Quarter and the Next Half Year was held on August 12th,2012 at the fourth meeting room in Hiter headquarters. Meeting was chaired by the Mr Ma Shengping, Assistant of General Manager of Operation for the group company. 57 managers attended the meeting including the chairman of group company-Mr Ao Zhiping.
The agenda includes two processes. First of all, Each responsible manager concludes the main achievement and the insufficient of the first half year of 2012, and then arranges the target as well as plan for the second half year.
Secondly, Mr Chairman explains the rewarding methods of performance bonus. Mr Chairman emphasizes the importance of Hiter’s sprit and makes the employees understand Post by competition,career by hard working and reward by contribution.
